What you are buying
The live product currently offered is described on its product and checkout pages. The Mirror Glaze order delivers a Salted Caramel Cake method card (PDF) by email; this cake uses mirror glaze as a finish. It does not include a separate standalone mirror glaze recipe. Please check the product description before paying. Example and “coming soon” recipes cannot be purchased.
A PDF can be opened with a compatible PDF reader. You may save and print a copy for your personal use. Any other uses, including redistribution or resale, require our permission, without limiting your mandatory legal rights.
Price, order, and payment
The current recipe price is €4.99 before VAT. We add 19% VAT (€0.95), for a total payable of €5.94. Any applicable charges must be shown before you place your order. Payment is processed by Stripe. Submitting an email on this site prepares a secure Stripe checkout; an order is not paid merely because you open or return from checkout. We send the PDF only after successful payment confirmation. The current test checkout makes no real charge and sends no PDF.
Delivery and problems
After confirmed payment, we send the PDF and paid invoice to the email address used at checkout. Please provide an address you can receive mail at and check your spam folder. If the PDF does not arrive, is inaccessible, or does not match its description, email recipes@demetris.gr with your order details so we can investigate and provide the remedy you are entitled to under applicable law.
Withdrawal and refunds
Read our Withdrawal & Refunds policy before buying. EU consumers generally have a 14-day withdrawal right for a distance contract. An exception for digital content supplied immediately is not automatic and depends on specific steps before supply. Nothing in these terms removes statutory rights for faulty or undelivered digital content.
Your legal rights
These terms do not limit rights that consumer law does not allow us to exclude. If a term conflicts with mandatory protections in your country of residence, those protections prevail. Please contact us first with a problem so we can try to resolve it.
